Welcome to the website of 2427 (Biggin Hill) Squadron Air Cadets
2427 Squadron, Air Training Corps is proud to be the last uniformed unit stationed at Biggin Hill and, along with St. George's Royal Air Force Chapel of Remembrance, occupies the last remaining site to be called RAF Biggin Hill.
It is our duty, therefore, to ensure that we Honour the Past and those that have gone before, Maintain 'The Strongest Link' created by those airman in 1940 and Train for the Future to meet the challenges ahead.
RAF Biggin Hill is one of the most famous names to be part of the proud history of the Royal Air Force. Alongside the names of such famous aircraft as the Spitfire and Hurricane and airmen such as Douglas Bader, Biggin Hill is one of the most remembered and recognised fighter stations anywhere in the world.
The Battle Honour - Battle of Britain - fought in the skies above Biggin Hill in 1940, sits easily in the same sentence as Traflgar for the Royal Navy and Waterloo for the British Army.
In the spirit of "training for the future" we would direct you to the the
RAF Website
to see what one former Biggin Hill Air Cadet is doing now.
The sky, as they say, is the limit!
